Randy Crutcher, M.A.,Ed.D has been an active participant in the human potential movement for over 40 years. As a trained therapist and research psychologist he was part of ground-breaking work in developing effective group treatment for men who batter after opening one of the nation’s first education and support centers for men’s health and well-being in the 1980’s. As a professor and program director on college campuses in the 1990’s he specialized in working with students in transition, helping people discover their passions and learn the skills of personal mastery and leadership. He has owned successful property development and management, construction and landscape architecture businesses. Randy has led successful campaigns to create regional parks and community trail systems that foster economic development.
Today he is a personal and professional development coach, facilitator, and consultant to businesses and organizations. He works on a team with Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood, co-authors of the New York Times best-selling book, The Passion Test. Randy trains and supports people and organizations to use powerful Passion Test tools that are helping people in over 50 countries to gain greater clarity, passion, purpose, productivity and life fulfillment. His forthcoming book, The Passion Principle is a powerful guide with solid research on joy and passion, inspirational stories and tools for discovering, living and sustaining passion in life and business.

Linda Strauss, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Linda is a Human Resources (HR) professional with over 20 years of experience. As a consultant since 2012, she provides clients with the training, strategic HR programs, coaching, infrastructure, and knowledge necessary to manage employment issues with comfort, confidence and compliance. In addition, Linda delivers soft skills training to leaders, staff, parents, volunteers, educators and youth, including interpersonal and communications skills, and emotional intelligence training, designed to enhance success and engagement in work and life.

Linda also provides services such as leadership coaching, personal branding, resume writing, career advisement, networking and search strategies to professionals in all industries and levels, preparing them for success in their next steps.

Linda is a Senior Professional of Human Resources (SPHR), a SHRM Certified Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a Certified Mediator of Conflict. In addition, she is a certified trainer of Becoming the Totally Responsible Person (TRP®) and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. 
She is an instructor for Santa Fe Community College, University of New Mexico Continuing Education and Anderson School of Business Management where she teaches management, communication, emotional intelligence and HR classes to working professionals.

Over her career in corporate HR, Linda worked for personnel agencies in Miami and New York City, and for Ann Taylor Corporate and AGENCY.COM in NY. She has specialized in every aspect of HR including training, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, policies and procedures, benefits, and compensation. Before starting her own business, Linda last worked for Reynolds American (RAI) in Santa Fe and was a recipient of the RAI Leadership Team Award, awarded to the top one percent of employees across all operating companies in recognition of leading change resulting in significant impact to the organization.

Linda is a long-standing and active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). She is currently the Director of Workforce Readiness for SHRM New Mexico State Council. Ms. Strauss is the recipient of the first SHRM NM Legislative Leadership All-Star award, which was created to recognize her for her leadership and initiative in the promotion of legislative issues impacting HR and businesses. In 2013 she served as President of the SHRM affiliate chapter of Northern New Mexico, (NNMHRA) based in Santa Fe, and was the recipient of the chapter’s Volunteer of the Year Award.

Linda received her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a concentration in Literature and Education, from Florida International University in Miami, and is also an alumnus of the State University of New York at Purchase, where she studied Literature and Creative Writing.

One of Linda’s biggest passions is her family, including her “Half Brady” – her combined family of three kids with her husband, David. Whether Linda is training others towards Becoming a Totally Responsible Person or becoming a better leader and communicator, she infuses her time with her classes and clients with laughter, one of her other top passions. A New York native, Linda loves her lifestyle in Santa Fe, and welcomes any excuse to stay over in Albuquerque for work so she can hang out with her friends, writing the best musical comedy that may or may not ever see the stage. In her spare time, she may also be found indulging her passion for music by playing in her cello ensemble. When there isn’t time to spare, she is often heard whistling while she works. Even though she’s never been caught with the canary in her mouth, Linda always has a catlike smile on her face.
